SHIPPING TERMS
1.Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the package’s weight and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple package.
2.UPS Expedited services are available upon request.
• Shipping charge is calculated based on weight and number of boxes.
• Service charge of $9.00 will be applied to all C.O.D shipments.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO, P.O Box addresses.
• All shipment to overseas customers are responsible for taxes and custom duties.
PAYMENT TERMS
1.We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER) and for those with NO credit card we offer C.O.D money order and cashiers check.
2.Prepaid orders are also accepted in the form of wire transfers, checks, and money orders and will be shipped upon payment is processed.
3.C.O.D. Company Check will only be extended to customers who submit the following information:
•A signed and completed credit application. The application must include a bank reference and three current, accepted trade references.
•A copy of your state tax resale certificate and current business license
•A bank verification form submitted by your bank
•Processing may take 7-10 business days depending upon your bank and trade references.
4.All New customers applying for C.O.D. company check or MUST prepay their first order or pay COD Money order or Credit Card.
•NOTE: "Karma Global Enterprise Inc. DBA: E.Z. Wholesale" reserves the right to deny credit to any applicant or revoke terms upon any NSF checks received at any time.
RETURN POLICY
1.All return merchandise must be notified within 7days of order receipt
No credits or refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit then it will be exchanged.
2.Merchandise having a manufacturer’s defect will be accepted for replacement or credit. Misused or improperly cared for products will not be accepted.
3.PACKAGING and Return Instruction:
•Send your return package back to E.Z. Wholesale via UPS. (We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.)
•Include name, Order number, copy of invoice, and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise.
•Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
(Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.)
4.Keep your shipping receipt until you have received exchanged item.
Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement:
By purchasing any item sold by Karma Global Enterprise Inc. DBA: E.Z. Wholesale, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyers’ responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Karma Global Enterprise Inc. DBA: E.Z. Wholesale for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.
