* WHAT IS "AWAITING PAYMENT" AND WHY DOES MY ORDER STATUS SAY THAT SAY THAT?
- Because some of the products we sell are frowned upon by online credit card processors, we have to manually charge each credit/debit card by hand in our physical shop. The "Awaiting Payment" status is changed manually to "Awaiting Fulfillment" by one of our employees after we see your order online.
* HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
- Processing can take anywhere from 24-48 Hours, most often the order is processed the next business day. Friday orders will be processed on mondays.
* WHICH SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
- We use UPS to send all our shipment. ( www.ups.com or 1-800-PICK-UPS )
